Formed from a solid piece of white oak, the Foghat Smoker sits comfortably inside the glass cloche which is paired with a beautiful hardwood board.

The recessed groove in the board holds the Cloche securely in place, allowing the finished dish to be smoothly presented. Perfect for transporting from kitchen/bar to table and at-table smoking of your dishes/drinks. Infuse Cheese, Smoke Steak, Salmon, Charcuterie, BBQ Meat, Sausage and more!
