Origins.
Foghat® was designed by Rob Sumner of sOak London… Since 2016 Rob and the team at sOak London have continued to skilfully craft incredible service wear for some of the most exclusive bars, hotels and restaurants in London, New York and Hong Kong, all from their workshop in the UK.
It was whilst installing a sOak London piece of furniture for an exclusive restaurant on the other side of the world that Rob came up with the idea of creating a simple smoker that would be used for food and drink whilst serving at the table or indeed in someones home, instantly creating theatre and igniting senses.
